In email router, When I click ‘load data’ and then ‘test access’ , I see : Incoming Status: Failure - Error: ErrorNonExistentMailbox
I configured this mail box for configuration profile incoming , using exchange 2010 , access credentials are other specified , domain\account of the mailbox.
The email router log shows:10/29/2013 10:03:18 : #26090 - An error occurred while opening mailbox xxx. Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.EmailException: Error: ErrorNonExistentMailbox
I am using CRM 2011 on premise, single server . I can send a outbound email using this mailbox.
Any suggestions ?
I figured out the problem.
the exchange admin seems to have moved the user/mailbox to office365.
So I changed the location of the inbcoming the office365.com address.
Ensure the Primary Email is updated as the correct one on the user form and is approved too.
Also check if the user has the Full Access Permissions on the mailbox if not then follow the steps mentioned in the below link with the help of exchange admin :
