Flag email as spam in CRM

Is it possible to flag email  as spam in CRM so that we can block the sender?

  • Hi,

    You can not flag emails in CRM but you can create a contact record and then block that contact's email to be track.

    no, I don't think but you can create a custom filter to realize this and add new contacts to block whenever you think necessary.

    However, I seek other solutions.

  • There is no OOB functionality which allows you to create custom filter which can flag email as spam, you can use different business logic using external datasource to achieve it .
