in 2011 we could change the primary email fairly easily, but in 2013 I cannot figure this out! any help?
Changing the Primary Email on a User account is the same in CRM 2013 as it was in CRM 2011.
1. Navigate to Settings > Administration > Users.
2. Open a user record and click on the 'Primary Email' field to update it.
I'm not sure if you are seeing any unusual behavior?
Is that field disabled for you? Or are you looking for something else?
