Hi,

Getting a random message for all users when logging into CRM.

"Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Error.  An error has occurred while processing your request.  Please resubmit your request.  If problems persist contact customer support".

Anyone have any clues as to why this happens.

Thanks

Martin

Ok, we suppose to use IE, which number version?

Because I think that are compatibility browser errors... I had something like in the past with Chrome.

Before click Send (or don't Send) click on "Check the data to send Microsoft" (or something like) and post here if possible...

Thanks

Thank you, let me know please.

Ok, is strange... I would follow the advice in the message... try to open a ticket from administration panel.

Let me know.

Thank you, let me know please.

that's the error all users get randomly.  Once they click ok and try to log in again, they can.
