Getting a random message for all users when logging into CRM.
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Error. An error has occurred while processing your request. Please resubmit your request. If problems persist contact customer support".
Anyone have any clues as to why this happens.
Customer just back to me and it works with IE. Only happens with Firefox. Thanks for your help anyway chaps
Ok, we suppose to use IE, which number version?
Because I think that are compatibility browser errors... I had something like in the past with Chrome.
Before click Send (or don't Send) click on "Check the data to send Microsoft" (or something like) and post here if possible...

yes after that message, the user can then log on when they next try.
Browsers tried IE, firefox and Chrome.
There is no click send to microsoft.

that's the error all users get randomly. Once they click ok and try to log in again, they can.
