How to configure email/email router/rule deployment  to make one mailbox as a global one in MS CRM 2015?

In 2015 [Set Personal Options] does have the option "Allow use of e-mail credentials" or not? If yes than I am not able to see those options.

Hi Sushil,

Go on to Email Configuration section. Open the mailbox which has been configured.  Once you open the mailbox, you could see the section where you can enter your credentials.

If you're running Exchange, I believe you have to setup an Exchange account with "ApplicationImpersonation" role configured.  Then use this account in the Email router for the incoming and outgoing profile.

I'm having issues as well.  Maybe we can help each other :-)

It should be in Email configuration. Please check that.
