When using the tracking token in CRM, can you "Set Regarding" using more than one account, contact, case, etc?
You can only set the regarding of an activity to a single entity. The other ways to associate the same activity to other entities would be to perhaps create lookups to those entities on the email entity... but then again... that would be lookups and not regarding and not available through outlook client.
So, in CRM2011 I can't set regarding an email to multiple opportunities?
Any suggestions(I don't want to set regarding to an account to attach to an oppy either)?
You can use the Connections concept introduced in CRM 2011 to associate more than one opportunities to an email.
