Hi,
we are facing some problems with the CRM address book. It shows only 5 contacts but all accounts, users, etc.
Settings are:
Match all contacts in MS Dynamics CRM
Match all items in MS Dynamics CRM
Queue;User;Lead;Account;Facility/Equipment
This problem occurs on all of our clients. We are using OL 2010 and the server is a 2008 R2. CRM 2011 UR 8.
I wasn't able to find any information regarding this issue so I hope that someone here can help me.

Have you checked in CRM settings to see how often does the list synchronizes?

the sync is set to 15 minutes.
