I just created an new 30 day trial CRM. If I go to Sales> Goals and select any view, I get a generic error. The error doesn't even allow me to "download " the error.
I can greate new goals but unless I own the goal I cannot see it as the default view is all that will dosplay data. Advanced Find on goals simply errors as well.
I haven't done anything to the trial instance. This looks like a Microsoft-derived bug. I need it fixed so I can demo it to a client.
Adrian,
I recommend you just go ahead and create a new 30-day trial.
I have created trials before where things go wrong; the sample data is not there, errors when I try to customize, dashboards that can't be deleted, etc.
Go ahead and create a new trial...that is the fastest way to "solve" this problem.
Good Luck with the demo!
We have started facing the same problem after upgrading our account to CRM 2011. We have not used goals before, just now after the upgrade. It does have the same symptoms - no chance to make a look over the records, just only mine (under My Goals in the current time range), even if I am the organization admin.
Any help would be appreciated.
