I have the same problem the connector crashes on all of my systems, both Win7 and Win2008. Is there someone from MSFT listening to these forums?
Which entities are you selecting for integration?

Hi Chetzler
I wanted to test out the Instance Adapter which is throwing errors in while installing.
I hope u understood the problem..
Well it looks like the CRM configuration utility is crashing. Are you able to select entities or does the utility not even launch?
Hi Chetzler,
Thanks for replying.
The utility doesn't launch.
Have you unblocked both the instance adapter and the Configuration utility by viewing their properties in Windows Explorer and selecting the "Unblock" option on either the initial tab or the security tab?
The instance adapter is supported by our support team so you could log a support request using the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics support area.
