When I print an Article from CRM Online the body of the Article does not print. Anyone have a work around for this issue

  • Does this occur on all Articles? Can you detail the exact steps you are using to print this article?

  • I was having the same problem until I saw the "View in HTML" at the top of the list. I check the box, click view in HTML & can print the content of the article.
