Unfortunately, the current release of Connector (FP 6) does not support HTTPS bindings for Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployments other than Microsoft Dynamics CRM online. The upcoming Connector release will support HTTPS deployments, regardless of the use of IFD. Please stay tuned to the Connector team...

Which version of Conenctor are you using? The newest one is 2.0.620.1 this issue might be resolved by upgrading to the latest version and well as using the latest maps.

Which version of Connector are you using? The most current is 2.0.620.1 and there were a few changes that went into the maps as well as the plugin in this area in the V2 release. Upgrading to this version and it's maps might solve the issue that you are seeing.

If you can expose these enumerations via the NAV web services, then you could generate a new object cofig file for them within the NAV adapter using the NAV configuration utility and then you could create a new map to integrate them into CRM if the fields in CRM are already exposed on the CRM Picklist...

Bill, have you upgraded the currency maps to the latest versions? With V2 and with version 2.0.620.1 (which is the latest verison of Connector) new maps were shipped with Connector and the plugin for CRM were upaded to address this issue. NAV support is very aware of how to address the issue as well...

Yes that is what I am suggesting. Then you could create a custom plugin step or workflow that would create the Contact in CRM and copy the address info from the associated account to it.

Shaun there are several things for you to try, please try to launch connector after each one. Reboot the SQL server that the MSDI database is located on Reboot the machine that Connector is installed on Stop the Connector service and close the Connector client, copy the object configuration folder...

Have you unblocked both the instance adapter and the Configuration utility by viewing their properties in Windows Explorer and selecting the "Unblock" option on either the initial tab or the security tab? The instance adapter is supported by our support team so you could log a support request...
