Broadly speaking you install CRM 4.0 on the new server and you can then restore the VMWare CRM DB onto the new SQL server and add it in via the deployment manager. Ok thank you for your reply. That saves me time thinking I could do this through a plug-in. That leaves the option of using a Workflow to run every time an email-tracking is created.. .which I assume is the same event as CreateEmail and UpdateEmail... is that correct?
