Hi
We would like to add an additional custom contact field to the Contact Information on the Subscription Center Page. Is this possible? We have created a custom field named Industry which would like our contacts to update on the Subscription Center Page.

We would really appreciate any assistance.

Thanks

Regards
Tony

This would be of interest to me as well.  I have created a custom contact field that is synced to CRM, and want the marketing contact to be able to update this field.

Thanks

Simon

Hi Tony

Unfortunately this is not possible, there are no User defined fields that you could expose in the Subscription Center page.

One little workaround, in the Subscription Center page you have a Redirect URL where you can put your website or any Landing page URL. There you can expose as many custom contact fields as you want. But that means you would have to ask user to enter again the data,

Is there no way to populate the fields on a landing page if the contact clicks a link on a marketing email .  We know that they have clicked through and redirected, so there is a link there.

Thanks

Simon

Hi Simon

The only possibility is just to expose these custom contact fields directly on your Landing page and have the landing page as an URL in your email.
