Hi, my name is Cheryl and I work for SEIU Local 521 in San Jose, CA. We converted to GP 10.0 from Peachtree this year, Jan 1. It's been a bit of a struggle, but slowly everybody is finally beginning to like GP.
I took a Smartlist Builder class a month ago which has helped a lot. Reporting seems to be the last hurdle that we are facing. It's great to have this community to reach out to. Cheryl.
Cheryl,I would recommend looking into e-learning on CustomerSource. This online training will walk you through step by step on how to execute certain tasks in Microsoft Dynamics GP. I looks like today is your last day on an a active service plan? If your organization renews their service plan you will have access to this unlimited e-learning available on CustomerSource.
For any Microsoft Dynamics GP questions I woul recommend posting them in the Microsoft Dynamics GP community forums.
