Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your SL software. I asked the Microsoft Dynamics SL team if they could respond to your post, but we need a little more information about which piece of the software you are referring to. Is it the OM module?
Additionally, you do have the full rights and ability to contact Microsoft support directly to get an answer/resolution to your issue. If you are on a maintenance plan it comes with support incidents, otherwise I believe you can purchase individual incidents as needed. You do not need to go through a reseller to get Microsoft support.
