There is a standard template that will enable you to do this. It is predefined and comes with the product out of the box if you know where to look :)
If you change the specification set to the default specification set you can find the template and just change the account numbers.
Template building block names
· Catalog ID: Balsht_SbyS
· Row format: Balsheet_SbyS
· Column Layout: Balsheet_SbyS
You can access the template by…
Changing the default company to FW (sample co)
Go to catalog ID and find the ID metioned above
From the FW sample company
Go to to toolbar and choose
· Company | Specification Set
· Highlight the CatalogID Balsht_SbyS
· Click export
· Name the *.tdb and save
· Change the default company back to their own company’s FRx company
· Click Company | Specification Set
· Import
· Choose the *.tdb he created
· OK.
· Go into CatalogID and choose template…modify accounts in the Row Format. Change Company referenced in the CatalogID.
· Should work!
