  How to best customise color scheme in CRM 4? Reply Contact Hi, I have a question regarding customising CRM in general. We have a client who wants all the logos and color schemes changed to their corporate branding. After a fair bit of searching, I've found a mass load of files with a mass load of inconsistent color codes all over the place in Program FIles\Microsoft CRM\. Is there a better way to do this rather than systematically searching EVERY file and hoping not to miss a single line of code somewhere?

Reply Contact Hi Kia - Currently we do not support the customization of color themes and logos within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online web interfaces.  This is an area that we are exploring for future releases.  In an effort to fully understand what you are trying to accomplish, might you reply with your list of areas that you would like to see in future versions?   Re: How to best customise color scheme in CRM 4? Reply Contact Hi Bill, Thanks for your response. We have a few CRM clients here at Cybner Computer Services in Australia. As you can understand, generally clients would prefer to see their software with their own branding and color scheme. It provides them with a stronger sense of ownership and interest to work with the software. It would be a major plus if we had the option to change the "Microsoft Dynamics" logo at the top of the main screen and be able to replace the blue CRM color scheme to a company preferred set of colors. I've already done this for one of our clients who insisted on this and was quite aware that it is not supported. It was a matter of modifying over 100 files and many images. I'm having trouble with inserting pictures here but if you can provide me an email address, I can send you screenshots and more details. Kia
