    They are around the corner?

    Been involver with customers for years and frequently via our IT business, I have (re)discover the power of meeting personally with our local business owners and professionals. I really think that it bring great apprehension and direct knowledge in my field witch is marketing. Microsoft have launch a new approach “software & services”, never the less personal communication with people are of importance for us (Microsoft is good with people as well). Money and customers are often just around the corner,  I think that when we cash in our street with are able to communicated better with customers online and somehow identified their personality better to serve and give answers not only on a digital way, but also on a human one which we have learn  around the corner. The result is that you may increase your presence by creating some closeness often difficult to achieve with customers and getting them to return doing business with your company.

    Interesting stream.  Gaining a sense of customer beliefs and behavior is certainly an interest for the team and using the power of community is just one investment we are making to help us. What strategies has your form looked at for building such relationships?

    Hello Bill,After our last communication, I have taken a few minutes to write out some of my thoughts about how to reach and build a healthy community.  I believe that the non-selling process will be the best approach to get the public’s attention.Lots of companies (and departments within companies) are currently busy with community building and software & services. Fortunately, I am working with Microsoft.nl on a completely new museum portal.  All of it will use 100% Microsoft technology and have a French (myself) and Dutch (Gold Microsoft Partners) flavor.  It is about looking next door and in this case: Museums.The business case has to be created in Holland and it will go abroad and around the world as an ambassador of Microsoft’s family.Community means culture.  Approaching business is one thing, but getting in contact with people through culture is another thing.  I would like to thank you for your interest, and I would like to answer your questions.  I would like to take the opportunity to explain our concept regarding reaching the community and the non-selling process.  In the Netherlands, we host 837 museums with 20 million annual visitors.  These museums are part of our national identity.  This identity includes foreigners since museums have extensive collections of art from abroad.  In recent years, museums have been playing a leading role in trends in architecture, but not in the IT world.  That’s what we’re changing with Microsoft.    The non-selling process is not about selling software to the individual, but offering services:  one unique multi-language platform combining all the museums in Holland, one-stop shopping for the sale and deliver of tickets, and a professional website on Microsoft platform that will be offered to each museum with intranet for museum professionals.  Each individual customer who purchases an e-ticket will be introduced to the world of Microsoft and will receive an MM2020 (Microsoft Museum 2020) Family Museum Website.  With this website, they will be able to share photos and film with their loved ones.  In the last eight years in Holland, our museums received 160 million visitors.  These visitors are our primary target.  My philosophy is simple: Why are we re-inventing the wheel?  Microsoft has “Sky is My Limit” technology and products.  Someone once mentioned Google to me, but unfortunately (and in that case being French, I may say “fortunately”), I cannot touch Google, but I can well touch Microsoft.America is the prototype of fragmented culture under one flag, although the museums are usually free of charge and accessible to the public.  Our product and concept will not only bring Americans under one voice and one culture, but will also bring them closer to their neighbors via the road of Microsoft.   We have registered MuseumGlobe.com and one could imagine the impact of the Microsoft experience to the public when we launch it.  Museums are by far the best place to communicate awareness through exhibitions about multicultural issues, human rights, etc.  People from all backgrounds, ages and nationalities will visit an exhibition about women’s rights.  On the contrary, if you give two politicians the chance to discuss the subject, there could well be an unnecessary argument. In these challenging times, there is a need to bring culture together.  Please feel free to contact me for further information.Have a great day.

    Our technological museum project is going well, more members, more cities and great partners. A dilemma for small enterprise is to find the balance, between researches, permission and communication from partners.  I explain; Microsoft and Avanade are relevant partners for us, but the difficulty I encounter is to find budget, time and permission (availability) to research our partner’s products. For instance over the last few month, I have been busy to created some scenario’s to include Microsoft blog and other feature to our museum visitors, (I’m able to penetrated and distribute around 1 million of them to our museum visitors.)The Netherlands is a great country to start and so far it’s looking better than expected. The problem I face is team, time, budget and permission. An outsider like Bruno would like to get access to a small team from our partners to communicated and getting closer to a “real” answer. A customise (easy to use) blog, with additional features (such as online AD)

    Although Microsoft do host a know how HR; outside the company, people like myself are eager to swimming and get the project further by combining forces and knowledge’s. Basically how could I get involve (strategy) with Microsoft blog’s team to modified and accommodated the blog to our viewers?

    During a meeting at Microsoft NL, they ask me what my dream is. Been with a team from our partners for a few month and deliver a few working results.  By combining, knowledge and culture differences on existing project from all parties we will get faster and increase the quality of the product. Right now we are involved with the development of a new museum portal, but I have the apprehensions that it may need additional brain power to go faster into the market.  I must say that all the ingredients are available, technology, market and consumers to distribute to.

    Any tips are welcom.. and if anyone is in holland visit the new Microsoft office at Schiphol Airport, it's fun and new...

    How are you doing? Over here we have starting to work with Avanade and we are happy. I also went to visit Microsoft’s product and services online; I must admit that it may require a couple of live to find out all their products. Anyway, I was thinking at my Microsoft Dynamics. How thing are going at Dynamics?

    What you will do with MD (I meen microsoft dynamics if you had ther following situations:

    800 locations with address, events and with a total of 20 millions of annual visitors?

    Advertising providers for a nation with a focus on: restaurants, shops and hotels
    with a international visitors

    What will be the best strategy to offer the entrance tickets for free to my visitor and maintaining and securing revenues from the advertisers, all that on line...?  

    Dynamics first best 10 ways’s to make money with it??
