    Marketing, Sales & Support process best practices

    I'm working on a project (research) for CRM process improvement. I need some literature or something where i can base my research on. Thus, my question is:

     Does someone know a good resource where i can get information about the CRM processes (marketing, sales, support and mayby planning)?

    There are several online resources you can explore to learn more about CRM process improvement.  Recently, we have launched a new Resource Center for learning about Microsoft Dynamics CRM where you can find such content.

    I would check out the process maps for Sales, Service and Marketing as a starting place.

    Bill, is there anywhere that I could see how the Marketing options in Navision 4.02 could help meet ObaydMir's objectives - I am not at the research stage but trying to figure out how Navision can improve the business that I have with the tools that have already been paid for.
