Finding records

  NM760 Joined on 05-27-2008 Posts 2	Finding records Reply Contact I have been using CRM for the last 8 months now and we find it increasingly difficult to search for records.  What is the best way to do this if you dont know whether the contact is a lead, opportunity or account.  Its seems such a long process for a simple task. Any ideas?
