  Kuda Joined on 06-08-2008 Posts 1	new to crm Reply Contact   hi guys, im new to microsoft dynamics crm 4.0 and im implementing it at our company!im trying to customize the forms and view to suit our business.So what i've done is i've added more columns and published the customizations after saving but the new changes are not showing or taking effect!i need help  please!!what could be the problem?

There are several views to take note especially 1) Active Views (Default) 2) Associated Views   Make sure you have updated the correct view.
