I am creating a report that will show all the contacts invited to appointments ( in the required field), by using appointments and activity parties, and I am getting each detail line repeated for each person involved in the appointment. I have tried filtering the party type as required, the "party" as not blank (the Regarding field is often left blank by the sales staff entering the appointments), and I cannot get rid of the lines where the party is blank. Any ideas on how to do this would be appreciated.
