Hi,
In
our customer service team we use outlook, we also use the dynamic CRM
to report pretty much everything that's happening with the customers.
But
according to my boss it is not possible to use the CRM for Outlook
client when we use common mailbox.For instance we have a "support
spain" mailbox,all the customer engineers can have access to this box
and take care of the customers.
Is it possible to use the CRM for outlook client in this situation?
