i am having a difficult time with this one. emails are getting autmatically tracked in CRM, even though in my personal options i say that i don't want this to happen. anyone have solution for that?

Would that be the same instance for the opposite problem? I am not having all my replys traked in CRM as they were started in CRM through a campaign using a marketting list. Thanks.
