My personal experience of the exam:
Some of the answers are not best practice and some question like “what is the most efficient way to"... and so there is very often more than one possibility.
The content is based on MOC courseware and some less topics are based on Implementation Guide for CRM(is for free)
At the moment it is release 2 of the exam, the first one was optimized by Microsoft because many of the question & answers was not clear enough for giving the correct answerfor also for people who are working with crm many years.
