The fact that each record is a unique URL identifier is a great idea. How do I get the URL to be a hyperlink within a related record?
RE: I may relate a Task to an Opportunity, and the action of the Task is to call 1 or more people in reference to the Opportunity. The issue is the number of clicks and levels you have to follow to get to the contacts is a complete waste of time and opens several windows fo clutter, alternatively pasting a shortcut to the Account/Contacts list record would be much cleaner and simpler. what happens instead: the paste is as text, and no link established.. and unlike Outlook, I can not relate it to more than one object (ie several contacts) (I have several examples of how this would be useful and I am hoping this is just a setting that can be changed or overlooked)
