Reply Contact This is some type of a standard error message that a user is receiving when trying to create a new sales order.  Has anybody had this error?  It would insinuate that the user is inadvertantly hitting the same table/object simultaneously.  I am not sure what to recommend. We are using Nav 4.0 SP3.

Looks to me as if you have some customisation to the order create which is causing the problem.  If it's simply two users then you normally get an error along the lines of "Another user has modified the record since your last get" Dave Treanor Dynamics Nav Add-ons www.simplydynamics.ie/Addons.html

Reply Contact We are using SQL.  Our system is heavily modified.  Oddly enough, there are several people creating sales orders at our company, and this one user is the only user who has ever experienced this issue.

Reply Contact Hi Brandon, Then my guess is that the user in question has filters set.  Try removing the filters from the user and if that doesn't work try renaming/deleting their ZUP file.
