  Doubt about Customer Information Center (CIC) and Dynamics CRM Reply Contact Hi, this is Alex.I'm researching the features of the CRM Dynamics of Microsoft. I was wondering if one of you in this blog would help me about the next questions: 1. As I still don't buy the program, even used it. I would like to notice if CRM Dynamics allows to manage or has an CIC application. I mean, can I record inside the program all the mailing, calling and finance activities in only one section?  2. If so, how are the records launch? Do all the activities are synchronized when they are done (maybe through an special icon option or something like that, in the sense we do not duplicate the activities of recording)?  I appreciate your time and answers. I'm sure you can help me a lot. Sorry If this seems to basic but actually I'm new in CRM implementations. I'm a SME student and I'm doing a kind of professional practices inside an SME, they are wondering to implement a new friendly software. Thanks again.  agc347744@hotmail.com

This will give you the best overview on the features and how everything in CRM is organized. to 1.) All Activities(Email, Calls, Letters, Fax etc.) will be shown on the form of the respective customer. You can write Emails in CRM or in Outlook. You can also monitor incoming email. The emails will be associated with the customers automatically. to 2.) Activities can be synchronized with Outlook if you want -> no duplicates I hope this answers your questions.

How are you?   I'm a mexican student and I'm  working in school project related to the CRM in Mexico. At the begining I didn't have any idea about CRM, I have heard it before but just that, ha ha. Now I'm more informed about it and it seems useful and amaizing if we use it as a philosophy. Any way, I'm still trying to get more about CRM and related software.  I appreciate your help and tips, I'm going to follow it.
