Hi, tks a lot. I've digged it up yesterday a bit more and ended up finding it.
I wonder now: is there a (safe) way to change the owner of old incidents (since I can't do it through the interface)? I know I can't simply revert, I'll have to assign them manually, but everytime we've tried any manual update of any table, we ended up restoring backup...
