An error occurred creating the pass-through SQL connection: 75

I have a problem this GP showing this message when the users working with normality, " An error occurred creating the pass-through SQL connection: 75 ", this happens in any moment, not in a place in specific, GP's version is 9. Someone knows like solve it or that can cause it.

Are the users connecting through Terminal Server?

Are you using the password expiration option?

yes, the users is connecting to a Terminal Server.

and yes we are using the password expiration option
