  CRM Forum confusion Reply Contact I am glad to see a new CRM forum, but I am confused at to which resource is the main CRM one? There seems to be 3 seperat Microsoft CRM forums: https://community.dynamics.com/forums/ http://forums.microsoft.com/Dynamics/default.aspx?ForumGroupID=138&SiteID=27 https://community.dynamics.com/content/crmnewsgroups.aspx?GroupID=23 (newsgroups) Unfortunatly this sort of thing is a common inconsistancy among microsoft websites and products. It seems like this community.dynamics.com is trying to be the new hub to replace the forums.microsft.com and the newsgroups?

I'm using CRM 4.0 - where should I post my questions? Under the specific CRM subforum or under the subforum for each of the areas (sales, customer management, services, and so on)? It's great that we get a community but as the OP mentions, you need to reign it in.
