    How to extend CRM Service to the customer for self service?

    A successfully closed lead in my example becomes a customer.  There are a lot of valuable things we can do with an internal Help Desk and CRM Service as is but where we’d really score is1.       Allowing customers to create their own case/service incident2.       Allowing customers to access a KnowledgeBase3.       Allowing customers to check on any ticket they created. How is this accomplished?
