reprinting of receipts is shurnk in half

  JustinGSEIWI Joined on 10-30-2008 Posts 4	reprinting of receipts is shurnk in half Reply Contact All receipts and reports are printing just fine but when we do a shift f11 I think, it prints but the receipt only prints on half the paper. It is all shrunk together on one half. It is not cut off in any way that I can tell. Any thoughts no how to resovle this weird issue? Thanks.

  Re: reprinting of receipts is shurnk in half Reply Contact I don't have an answer but I do have the same question.  I think this only happens with 40 column printers like the Epson TM-88 when setup with windows drivers instead of OPOS drivers.  I'm hoping someone will answer this post with a clue as to the correct driver or configuration to make this work.  I need it because I have 1 printer servicing two registers and OPOS driven printers won't work as shared printers.  If you are not sharing the printer, you could maybe reconfigure as an OPOS printer. They haven't seen this issue before and I am currently working on it. If I find the answer, i'll post it. Let me know if you hear anything. Thanks. Justin
