Has anyone successfully used an email form to populate a case? Rather than a plain text email, we want to use a pre-formatted form, so we can populate the case more accurately.

What does "populate" mean?
Populate, as in fill out all the fields. So can we have an email form that has fields to fill in (account, case title, description, subject etc) and have these go into the correct place on a case.
Without needing to do any development.
