Mail Merge not working

  Office Gold Joined on 10-15-2008 Posts 1	Mail Merge not working Reply Contact I'm using 3.0 CRM and when I go to use the mail merge functionality, an error message keeps coming up. I can see that the default setting is to have mail merge turned off for each client, so how and where can I change this setting? Regards
