What version are you using? It sounds like the Report Control Table needs to be updated. In version 6.x you can go to Utility -> DB Update then chose DB->CSVs in the right hand folder listing. I would then select all three files (messages.msg, pvrec.csv, and rptcontrol.csv). You will need to click on each application database in the lefthand panel as well. Make sure all users are out of the system before you do this. You will also most likely need to be logged in as SYSADMIN.
if you are using version 7.x the difference is the menu option to get there. You will have to go to the administration menu and then chose DB Update. It should be the same from there on out in version 7.x.
