I am just starting to learn how to use the Microsoft RMS system. I have the 30-day trial and just messing around with it but I am running into 2 problems. I have put everything in the system that i need to make it work for testing purposes but when i go to the actual POS screen and hit Crtl - F6 it brings up the touch screen but after i click on one of the buttons that i created it goes away. Also once i do get some item on my transaction sheet it will not let me tender them out. i have put all my tender options in the Manager section. So if you have any help for me or know of a good website please let me now.
