My "CRM4 for Dummies" book is for dummies, it can't help me with real problems. :^( I need "CRM4 for Real Users" and it would be about 2 feet thick.
Recommendations on what to read to get to know CRM4 better would be appreciated. I get the feeling that CRM4 isn't as easy as it looks on the face of things; I keep tryingto do things that cannot apparently be done, or perhaps I don't know where the secret super-user menu is located?
