Associated view from account to case - how to add more filters

    Hi ladies and gents.

At our company we have more types of cases. For example update of hw, update of sw and so on. It would be nice to have more filters to choose from the drop down box when looking from associated view of some account to his cases. Is it possible to replace currently available filter (Active, Resolved, Canceled, All) with some custom filter? Thank you in advance for any hint.

Sorry but this is not possible. You could add the attribute for the type of case to the associated view and order by this attribute and other alternative is to write a report that groups by this attribute. You could also show this report in an IFrame of the customer forms.

Thanks for the answer. Report could be the solution, but I would personally prefer the ability to customize also that. :-/

Hmm, "it will be in next CRM", where I heard that before? :)

Yeah, but Microsoft will have the main focus on usability in CRM 5...
