Greetings! GP supports both flat file and XML-based EFT file exports. Both of these layouts are configurable to work with your bank. In our experience, most large banks already have these formats made for GP, so ask your bank.
If you already have GP 9 installed, look for the file "eBanking.pdf" on your hard drive for more details. If you have GP 10.0, they changed the name to "ElectronicBanking.PDF". These are essentially the same. Both have chapters on setting up EFT for payables.
