Greetings,
we upgraded from 6.0 to 6.5 (SP2) last month, and ever since the screen customizations keep disappearing from the system. The customizations are "all user", and the disappear for all users. To fix, I re-import the customization files I have. We are running in a Citrix environment. I've worked with my gold partner, and have a ticket open with Microsoft, but in 3 weeks I have gotten no progress on fixing this. Every 2-3 hours I have users emailing me that the screens are "bad" again.
Can anyone help me?
