  Sending Emails to ~25000 leads and contacts from CRM Reply Contact I have a newsletter that we send every other month that we are currently managing external to CRM.  I would like to migrate this in to CRM 4.0, but I have a few technical hurdles to overcome. Can I send emails from an address not (m.myself@company.com) rather marketing@company.com Can I send HTLM code in the mail merge functions How can I manage the unsubscribe options in CRM automatically Any help would be great...

Not the best but it worked
