    Question on Service Contracts

    I am setting up some contracts in CRM4 for the first time and have a few questions, any help or gudance would be most welcome.

    Can you change the status of an Active contract back to draft? I have made an error and want to make some changes. I could delete but was wondering if there was another option to this.

    The only way I can get a contract from draft to active is to invoice the contract. Is there any other way (change of status function) and also does the system actually create an invoice? It appears that the create invoice function is actually just changing the status.

    If you create a contract for say 12 months then setup a billing schedule monthly how does CRM handle the creation of invoices? Does it actually create anything?
