One of the IT team was trying to get into Report Designer and continually got the message below; 
 Management Reporter &amp;#8211; Can&amp;#8217;t connect to the Management Reporter server. Do you want to specify a different server address? 
 
 I&amp;#8217;ve seen this error before and it has been one of two things: 
 
 The Management Reporter 20123 Application Service isn&amp;#8217;t running

I could log into Management Reporter, create reports and everything was fine; but I could not generate a report. 
 When I was investigating the problem I opened the Configuration Console and found that the Management Reporter 2012 Process Service was not running;

 I did a little investigation and found that when the virtual machine had started the GP Session Central Service had not;
