one of our users is getting the following error when trying to use IM for importing a budget. Unknown Great Plains field subtype '1565'I've done some searching and all I'm coming up with is old information. We are in a test invironment for GP 10. I'm thinking it has something to do with the rights that we've set up, but I'm not sure what else to give to her to make it work. We've already given her rights to "maintain budgets"Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.
I would first check to see that you have the latest service pack for IM installed. Other than that, in order to import budgets, a user must have rights to the account cards as well as the budget windows. So if you are using the preexisting tasks in GP10, the task ids that should be included in your role are: CARD_0101* and CARD_0103* (and of course DEFAULTUSER). Good Luck!Mike
