Ever since the 2012 tax tables have been updated we receive this error when calculating checks. Any Idea how to correct this problem.
Index 0 of array 'Federal Wage Array" is out of range in script 'UPR_CHK_CALC_Process_Deductions_TSA'. Script terminated.
Unfortunately the message is really not specific enough to tell you where the problem is. If you have a situation similar to what we encountered today, it is because a Benefit or a Deduction code does not have a frequency.
Hard to find, if you do not have HR installed this may not be your issue.
I hope this helps.
I have also seen this error when there was no frequency indicated. In fact, every time I have seen this error, that was the problem.
The easiest way to find it is through SmartList or looking at the SQL tables. I'm with Brian, I think too that this is the problem.
