How it could be possible in GP.10 to log out the User Automatically.

Hi,

 

May some one can guide how to log out the the users automatically which are not performing any tasks but forget to sign out.

 

please advise.

    You can remove the user from the ACTIVITY table but when the user opens GP the next day they will receive a message stating their login as been removed. They will then need to close out of GP and log back in.

    Well have the idea about this but is not possible that system should automatically switch off the ideal users?

    Dynamics GP does not have the capability to do this automatically. If you want such a feature I suggest you add it to the Microsoft Connect site as a suggestion and see what the community response via voting is.

    If a lot of people like the approach then Microsoft would look to add it to a future release.
