i have been using excel sheet to know at the end of the month in the payable balance for each vendor. but when i compare with it there is difference.
now i want to compare this with the GP Vendor Balance , so i go to purchase>TB> and print the aged TB with options but this sheet unable to understand, can anyone explaing how to check and compare it with the excel sheet vendor balance and find out the difference in order to tally excel sheet (Payable) with GP balances.
First of all it is very difficult to give any advice or hints about the difference between your Excel sheets and the Aged TB report from GP, without knowing how your Excel sheet is maintained...
Have you read thru the GP Payable Management user guide that you can call up in GP ? the Chapter 16 is all about Trial Balance reports.... Your MBS partner should be of great help as well on this side with offering training.

Have you taken a look at Reconcile to GL (Tools >> Routines >> Financial) which can be used to reconcile either your AP or AR to the GL?
