Integration Error

This question is not answered

We are using GP2010 SQL 2008

Anytime I run Integration Manager for Financial > Accounts, I am getting an An invalid entry for Account Category. I have added the Category in Account Category Setup. I notice that the New Categories I setup has an * next to me.

Any suggestion why the Integration keep failing?

Thanks,
Kevin

  • I don't think the integration manager recognizes anything other than the original categories. Does the import still fail If you change the category back to one of the originals?

  • After checking the integration only 15 out of 110 integrated successfully. All the ones that integrated successfully was the ones with new categories. Not sure why the other accounts with new categories is not integrating.

  • Hi Kevin,

Out of the 15 that integrated successfully, did each of them use a * category?

Of the 110 that failed were they using a mix of * and numbered categories?

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
