I did find this posted already.  I have deleted and set back up again the user 3 times.  Other users do not have the same problem.  Deleting the user didn't fix the problem.  Does anyone else have any other ideas on how to fix this problem?  Thank you for the help.

Hi Diane, I've seen this issue once. Verify that the MR Files Location is valid. Click Tools and then click Options to view it. Go to this folder and make sure it exists and that the domain user has permissions to it - minimum is Modify permissions.

If thats not the soluion - verify that the user has permission to all of the companies in the reporting tree.
